1. Funding Details
The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.
Additional financing information:
The EBRD has made available a loan of KZT 4.1 billion (EUR 8.18 million) to the Borrower to implement the Project. The Project is co-financed by the Borrower by up to KZT 100 million (EUR 0.2 million) (the “Company Contribution”) and by the Oblast Akimat by up to KZT 900 million (EUR 1.8 million).

Project Description:
The Project aims to complete the modernisation of the Street Lighting (“SL”) system in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk (the “City”) via the construction of additional 6,000 spotlights along ca. 150 municipal streets in the City and its vicinities.
