Smatlayev Almaskhan Baurzhanovich – Board of Directors Chairman

Almaskhan Smatlayev graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation and Blumsbergsky University (Pennsylvania, USA). He has four higher education on the specialties "Economy", "International Economics" and "Finances and Credit". He is also a master of state and municipal government. He is fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English languages.

2009-2011 - Deputy General Director of "Coral Group" (Moscow, Russia)

2011-2012 - General Director of "Service and Technology Invest" (Moscow, Russia)

2012-2014 - Consultant, then Adviser to the Eurasian Economic Commission (Moscow, Russia)

From November 2014 he was the assistant of akim of East Kazakhstan region.

In 2016-2018 - Head of Economy and Budget Planning Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

In February, 2018 was appointed deputy akim of East Kazakhstan region.
